1. The service
LeadForge provides AI-assisted marketing tools for restaurants, including audits, captions, creatives, calendars, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Use LeadForge to generate unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
4. AI-generated content
Outputs are generated by machine learning models and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it. You retain ownership of the content you create with LeadForge, subject to the license you grant us to operate the service.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Taxes may apply.
6. Termination
You can cancel at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome from using LeadForge.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
