We want you to be happy with LeadForge. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
2. Refund eligibility
- 7-day refund window: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and have not used more than 20% of your monthly quota, you may request a full refund.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: Fully refundable. Please contact us within 30 days.
- Service failure: If the service is materially unavailable and we are unable to resolve it, a pro-rated refund will be issued.
3. Non-refundable items
- Renewals after the first billing period.
- Partial-month usage after cancellation.
- One-time add-on credits that have already been consumed.
4. How to request a refund
Email us from the address on your account. Include your order/invoice number and the reason for the request. We respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
