LeadForge ("we", "our", "us") builds AI marketing tools for restaurants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, and authentication provider.
- Restaurant profile: business name, cuisine, city, goals, and Instagram handle you choose to share.
- Content you create: captions, calendar entries, uploaded images, and generated creatives.
- Usage data: device, browser, IP, pages visited, and feature interactions.
- Payment metadata: plan, invoices, and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider — we never store them.
2. How we use your information
- Provide and improve the LeadForge product.
- Generate AI captions, creatives, audits, and calendar plans on your behalf.
- Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, product notices).
- Prevent abuse and secure the platform.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with vetted processors that power the service: hosting, database and auth, AI model providers, email delivery, and payment processing. Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement.
4. Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by writing to us at the address in Section 8.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed credentials, role-based access, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
7. Children
LeadForge is not directed to children under 16. Do not use the service if you are under this age.
